Suggest an inbond warehouse
Suggests a warehouse outside Cru that is not in list_inbond_warehouses, for Cru to add. Until Cru approves it, only this customer sees it - in list_inbond_warehouses, marked pending - and can use its inbond_address_id, for wine held outside Cru or an inbond address. Check list_inbond_warehouses first: a warehouse already listed is refused. It is carried out straight away, with no confirmation step; sending the same reference again returns the first result instead of doing it twice.
Cru grants warehouses:suggest on request, to a partner credential, and never through OAuth: an assistant connected as an app is never offered this tool. Ask Cru to enable it. Without it, the customer emails [email protected] and Cru adds the warehouse, as the Cru website says.
There is no confirmation step: what it is given is saved as soon as it is called. It takes a reference, as a partner’s REST write does, and is marked idempotentHint: sending the same reference again returns the first result instead of doing it twice.

Any other argument is refused with a tool error that lists what the tool accepts. Numbers may also be sent as strings, and booleans as "true" or 1.

Errors
A refusal — a wine that is not on Cru, a price out of range — comes back as a result with isError: true and a message worded for the assistant to act on. A connection without warehouses:suggest is not offered this tool, and calling it anyway returns 403 with a JSON-RPC error naming the scope. Missing or invalid credentials return 401.
